Wole Oluyemi is a chartered accountant, business coach and public speaker on SME businesses, business management, market entry strategy, corporate political strategy, financial strategy and tax strategy. He has about two decades’ experience from Arthur Andersen, KPMG and Chevron where he had diversified experience spanning across Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, South Africa, Congo, Angola and the USA.
Wole Oluyemi is a regular facilitator at business seminars and conferences, and on executive education programs including corporate trainings and retreats for leading corporate organizations across Africa. Wole Oluyemi gives over twenty keynote speeches per year. He is also popularly known for helping ambitious entrepreneurs in Africa to start, fund and scale their businesses through his Business Unusual Programs, the MarketPlace Ventaja (a platform for enhancing the visibility of growing businesses) and the RSG Funding Support (Ready-Steady-Grow).
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA, USA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE, USA).
Wole Oluyemi is a director at Roedl & Partner (West Africa), a fast growing business services company providing accounting, tax, financial advisory, market entry advisory, company secretarial services and outsourcing to both commercial and not-for-profit organisations.
Wole Oluyemi is the founder of AGRIKO, an agricultural company that promotes healthy living and sustainable agricultural practices through the sourcing, packaging, processing, warehousing and distribution of healthy and nutritious beverages, fruits, vegetables, grains and related products to large supermarkets, neighborhood marts, hotels, restaurants, catering establishments and other foodservice organisations.
Wole Oluyemi is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University and the Lagos Business School, and has also attended a number of high profile executive development courses in leading business schools. He is a doctoral researcher (DBA) at the Cranfield University (UK) with a research focus on corporate political strategy.
Wole Oluyemi is also an emerging prolific street and food photographer based in Africa. Captivated by the diversity of cultures, people, food, places and environment, Wole Oluyemi ventures far and wide to capture images that has the capability to inspire an audience in a way individual to each viewer. He adopts a “storytelling” approach to share learnings focused on the “MarketPlace” from the cultures, people, food, places and environment depicted in his images. This approach has enabled him to gain an immense online following across social networks.
